Not only did it not work, but there were spots under the eyes, similar to sunburn. I used exactly as intended. As you can see in the photo. It didn't do anything about the actual puffiness under my eyes, but it did do everything under that red, like a sunburn. I'm glad I tested them before going out. I would like a full refund please.
