I bought this because my desk is higher than usual and because regular chairs tend to affect my circulation after a while. This chair allows me to sit in my most natural and comfortable position, keeping my knees slightly under my hips to keep my circulation normal and my hips less stiff. I will probably buy this chair again when it comes time to start in the dentist office. An added bonus is that it has a backrest where most saddle chairs don't. However, I will say that my male friend tried this chair and wasn't a fan of it for reasons that don't necessarily lend themselves to polite conversation. Those reasons don't really apply to anatomical women, if you get my meaning.
