DO NOT BUY! SECURITY RISK. Not what you expect.

November 11, 2019 Update #2: Cylinder no longer holds pressure. If I sit in a chair and move at all, it just slides down. Order a new cylinder to replace it. I now have more repair/upgrade parts than this thing is worth. And he's less than a year old. DON'T EXPECT TO USE IT EVERYDAY and think it will last a long time. UPDATE AUGUST 15, 2019: ONE OF THE WHEEL MOUNTS BROKE TODAY, SEND ME TO THE CONCRETE FLOOR! DAILY USE FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE UNTIL MORNING. The plastic base does not work. I weigh 240 pounds and this chair is designed to hold more weight. Per Vendor - Capacity: 331 lbs. PURCHASED APRIL 8, 2019. 4 MONTHS OF USE. COMPLETELY ILLEGAL! Above all. Received on 4/8/19. The seat back fabric was torn in the box before unpacking. Definitely disappointing. See photo. Well, if you weigh 230 pounds or more (I'm 230), don't buy this chair. The plunger is not strong enough and the chair sits very low. As others have written this chair has a natural forward lean which is uncomfortable BUT it has a release lever that allows you to recline just enough to be comfortable. See photo. It was easy to put together and the pillow comes ready to use, we'll see how it performs in a few months. I threw away the original plastic wheels and instead used the Oasis Rollerblade style, which is easy to find at Revain. . The post size is the same. I did this because I will be using my chair in an auto repair shop on a concrete floor that is almost always covered in dust, dirt and debris. Does it work in my application? Yes. Will it hold up under these conditions and at my weight? We have to wait.
