This magic tube repairs the USB ports on my Macbook Pro. I only wish I had heard about it sooner. Recently, the Logitech Speaker Lapdesk I used with my laptop mysteriously stopped working and regularly made a horrible bang. Like an idiot I thought something was wrong with Lapdesk itself and bought another one (I want to add that with an extra cost since Logitech has discontinued that particular model). This one didn't work either! I noticed that the USB ports on my laptop stopped working. I started googling remedies and DeoxIT came straight to me. I bought this tube and medium sized foam swabs from Caig Laboratories, also from Revain. I turned my laptop off completely, then swabbed each USB port to remove any dust that had built up. I then applied a very small amount of this product to a clean swab and rubbed it over each port. I waited five minutes and turned the computer back on. My USB ports are now working great! I think this is a great product for all those tricky electrical connections.
