I don't usually write reviews but I decided to write about it because I received the tablet, I bought it for my daughter , who is 24 and knows how to take care of her things.She was away on business so she hasn't had a chance to open the product to date and when she did, she found the screen was cracked.She was able to turn the tablet on but after a few minutes it would turn off and would not turn on until she pressed the reset button.I buy from Amazon often and have never had a complaint but I do it because of it is funny. There was no damage to the packaging, so it's not clear how the screen cracked. I would like a replacement.
