Review on πŸ’ͺ Powerful Beta Alanine Pre Workout Powder for Muscle Recovery - BulkSupplements.com (500g - 1.1 lbs) by Robert Lee

Questionable quality. No pinching?

I didn't like the intense tingling of the Beta Alanine dose (1600mg) before a workout and I really didn't like that it had enough caffeine. It's all about getting a horse to burpee, so I decided to do my own. I've been using it for about a week and plan on going with 800mg doses multiple times a day. I take doses up to 2000mg and rarely feel even the slightest hint of tingling. My pre-workout program is branded Carnosyn BA as opposed to what is in it. I don't know if it's anything other than a famous brand, but it's just not the same quality. My biggest complaint is that I also bought citrulline from these guys for my pre-workout regimen, and unlike the lack of a beta-alanine tingle, there's no real test to see if it's actually doing what it's supposed to . I will probably throw away both bags and buy elsewhere. Pretty boring.

Pros
  • πŸ’ͺ Lean muscle mass. Beta-alanine, a vegan pre-workout, is an amino acid found in foods like chicken, beef, fish, eggs, and dairy. However, you can get a more concentrated dose by taking beta-alanine powder or capsules containing beta-alanine. Beta Alanine powder may help build muscle.*
