Review on 🥄 Munchkin Silicone Trainer Spoons for Baby Led Weaning with Choke Guard, 4 Pack, Blue and Green by Mike Marks

When I first started feeding solids I found that my 6 month old baby kept wanting to hold a spoon himself and would choke on long spoons. I took them because they have anti-choke protection. Since babies stay babies, he usually enjoys eating his own food and then flips the spoon and sticks the pen down his throat. Luckily, the shape of the handle seems to prevent choking even in this orientation! He's very tall, so he can't bring him back far enough to trigger a gag reflex. I've also found the anti-choke protection keeps some of the food from falling off the spoon and it's nice to be able to spend a little less every time he eats. I took off a star because part of the spoon is too soft which makes scooping difficult at times and I'm not sure how the material will hold up once it starts to teeth. He chews on it a lot but currently only has gums. I think the material gets stained if you leave food on it, I usually wash dishes right after eating and I haven't had any stains.
