Very thick ink.
I've been using Clinique products on and off for several years, so this product was familiar to me. I ordered it online due to Covid-19 restrictions. I usually buy this product personally at a department store. I have always been very satisfied with this particular product. However, this purchase wasn't up to the mark. It was very dry and thick. It was almost impossible to apply. I cleaned the applicator with makeup remover which made application possible but was still clumpy. Needless to say I can't rate this well.
