The best thing about this product is it's support team which I can always depend upon when having doubts or facing errors during usage of their services.

They are very polite as well! Nothing much as such but they could improve there customer service by being more efficient at responding quickly whenever you submit your query/ticket regarding any error that occurred while running some code with them. If you have questions related to coding then definitely go ahead since all of my queries were solved within less than an hour from me submitting those tickets via slack channel or emailing their sales manager directly. This software helped us automate our jobs by providing better features without adding too many steps into process flow so we don't need to manually do things over again hence saving time spent doing manual tasks.
