It seems that I have never written a review on a product before, but I have to do it! I had a headphone jack in my Mac about a year ago and tried everything to get it out - I tried the usual bic handle + superglue trick but I messed it up and I think I superglued the jack there. Because of this I thought I was done and stopped trying. A year later I ordered on a whim, thinking it was hopeless with all that superglue, but it worked after my second try! I gently hammered the tool into the headphone jack and when I thought it had gone far enough I used pliers to pull it out. The first attempt loosened the jack, and the second pulled it out completely. It took two minutes or less, and just like that, my laptop's speakers started working again. Best $10 I've ever spent.
