I was unpleasantly surprised to discover that two of the three racks in my order had minor issues. Two were missing the hex wrench used to adjust and tighten the clamps that hold the PC in place. to the back of the booth. (By the way, that's a metric screw holding the clamp together) One had a clamp that wasn't installed properly. I have found that there is no way to remove the ratchet clip from the slot it is inserted into. (The top clip has two small, spring-loaded metal wings that must be pulled out to release the clip so you can push it back out. But one of the wings was in front, not behind, of the lever that moves it.) Obviously this is not the fault of the supplier I received them from, but Ergotron's quality control process. Pros: Works well and does what it's supposed to. Be sure to check the measurements on the stand. At maximum height you can adjust that, in my opinion the monitor is not high enough above the desk for a taller person. And the size of the PC he will hold in the clip is limited. It fits the Dell 755 SFF (Small Form Factor), but not the next size up.
