I was unpleasantly surprised to discover that two of the three racks in my order had minor issues. Two were missing the hex wrench used to adjust and tighten the clamps that hold the PC in place. to the back of the booth. (By the way, that's a metric screw holding the clamp together) One had a clamp that wasn't installed properly.
