Review on PH PandaHall 5 Sizes Stainless Headpins by Jennifer Roberts

Only received 400pcs instead of the 500 described. One of the five sizes is missing, ie 100 pieces are missing. I received 97 pieces 34mm long, 100 pieces 29mm long, 100 pieces 24mm long and 103 pieces 17mm long. So I suspect there are 100 "20mm" pieces missing which I assume should have been around 19mm long as the other four sizes were slightly smaller than described (it doesn't matter to me that they were a bit smaller). ). On the other hand they seem to be of good quality with equal length and nicely rounded heads which is why I'm giving 3 stars. It would be 5 stars if not 20% of the goods were missing.
