So far, so good! Ideal for home use.

I'm an old pal. So I'll try just about anything and everything at least once to see if it helps with muscle recovery and other sores. I may be old but my ego tells me I'm still 20 and that's why I work like I'm still 20. From TENS units, Graston, acupuncture, glasses. I was there, I made it. However, I am new to puzzle therapy. A few weeks ago I saw an ad on FB featuring Theragun. I told my girlfriend I want it but for $599 it's not going to happen. Then my colleague showed me a video of a DIY massage gun. Decided to buy a mobility bit starter kit with 4 bits to see what the fuss is about. I first bought the Revain TACKLIFE Classic 5amp PJS03A and it didn't work that well as the mobility bit was too wide for the jigsaw and the bit wouldn't snap into place. I then tried Wally World's $99 Hyper Tough 3.5 Amp B07H2LVQL6 Custom Puzzle and that unit also had the same problem as TACKLIFE. I then went to the Mobility Bit website and settled on one of the recommended devices, so I settled on the BLACK+DECKER BDEJS600C and the Mobility Bit fitted perfectly and I was able to mount it securely. I'm in business now! Tried on shoulders, arms, quads and hamstrings. I liked it very much! It was with a black ball (Baby Bit). Then I went over the same spots with a soft foam ball (The Spongey Bit) and everything was fine. I could imagine using the sponge on bony areas and hamstrings. I did not try the other two attachments that came with the kit as the baby attachment worked for me. Then my friend did my back on my usual problem areas and I felt the difference before and after using it. It's not as intense as having my chiropractor use the Graston Technique to really get in there and untie those stubborn knots in my back, but for home therapy it will be perfect.
