I bought a hat to keep my head warm while exercising in the water when it gets cooler. My shoulders and head are above the water and if they get wet, brrr because the air isn't that warm. Since I don't actually swim, my short hair stays dry. I've tried a lap cap but can't use it with my current earbuds because of the protruding tab for inserting the earbuds. The cap knocks out the buds, allowing water to enter the ear immediately. I finally have earplugs that don't leak and now I have to look for flatter ones in my ear. I gave 5 stars because the cap fits well and didn't promise the earbuds wouldn't leak.
