Great invention! We just used this on a road trip and it made charging phones, tablets etc a lot easier. Finding even an empty affordable air conditioner plug in a hotel room can often be difficult, but this gizmo solved our problem. It features a 5ft power strip with 4 outlets and two USB ports. We had enough sockets for everything. The advantage of a power strip (as opposed to one that plugs directly into an outlet) is that you only have to kneel down once to plug in the PowerCube. After that, place it on a table or bedside table and everything is within reach. We have the surge protector option (it's gray), but the PowerCube comes in multiple styles, each color-coded. So read them carefully to make sure you get one with the features you need.
