Frames will be lost and you will be frustrated. Thirdly, if you only download one program from a website, make sure you download the right version. DO NOT download the Windows 10 version, if you have Windows 7 it will not work. Same goes for all Mac users, please read the information before you buy something like this. It's not cheap to spend money on things just to gather dust. Hope this helps someone. I bought one and I love the products they sell. I've never had any problems and everything works perfectly. Rule of thumb: if you can't figure out what's wrong with it, search the internet, someone is most likely having the same problem as you. Google is your best friend! USE IT!
