Just received this product and I can say it works as advertised. Charged and started using right out of the box. The only problem I encountered was changing the bits. It asks you to turn the lock to the left, which is correct, but if you turn the lock to the left, it will jump. What you need to do is "twist" to the left and lift up a little, and it will twist to the left a little more and lock into place. This is the only way the starter can be removed and replaced with other bits. after it's locked in place to bits just twist it to the right so it clicks into place and holds the bit in place.Good luck and stay safe.
