Excited about this product! I started doing my own nails with dip powder and needed something more permanent than a nail file and a buff. I didn't take full advantage of this drill BUT I had a rough part on one of my nails, I used a file attachment and it made my nail so smooth! Top quality at a top price. I love the digital reader for RPM. The bracket on the side to hold the handle is solid and snaps in place and hasn't come loose since purchase. Fairly quiet in almost all settings. I used to have very loud exercises. Holds a charge for a while. I use it almost every day for at least 3-4 hours and only charge it every 3 days or so. It has never died on me since I bought it. Overall, I recommend it for beginners and pros who want a good bang for their buck.

Just received this product and I can say it works as advertised. Charged and started using right out of the box. The only problem I encountered was changing the bits. It asks you to turn the lock to the left, which is correct, but if you turn the lock to the left, it will jump. What you need to do is "twist" to the left and lift up a little, and it will twist to the left a little more and lock into place.
