So this file has some great features and is quite powerful considering it costs less than $50. Files like this cost closer to $100, so the price is great. Where I have a problem is in the file bits. As you can see the center section which is used for edging and shaping has almost completely worn off after just 1 application on my poly gel nails. I know I'm not a professional manicurist but I have experience and I can tell you that if you plan to use them on acrylic or poly gel nails you need to buy an extra set of diamond tips. The trimming and surfacing attachment comes with about 50 sanding points of soft, medium and hard grit, so you won't have to buy them for a while. I used medium grit sandpaper and this was enough to file all 10 of my nails to get the look you see in the picture. Overall I think it's great and I love the color! I recommend !
