Description says standby size is 34-36, which flexes and is built into the waistband. There was sag at the waist, but the size of the waist was too tight. We had to get close to 36" and they were definitely too small and the flex didn't bend the extra two inches to get them to 36". The fabric and color were also very good and if they had fit we would have kept them. If you only need a 34 inch waist measurement I would recommend this one. Three stars in the rating is due to the fact that the size does not quite match the description.
