Use this product to supplement my ADHD medication Focalin. The dietary supplement has a strong stimulating effect if you are not used to stimulants or drugs with a similar effect. Sometimes there is a tolerance for it, but I think you have to be careful with the first few doses because it can make you a bit scared. When the supplement wears off, there may be a slight recovery in your appetite due to the lowered blood sugar. This is a great alternative to prescription drugs if you're not a fan of them. Be careful when mixing with caffeinated beverages. If you are taking this product and working out at the same time as taking the capsules, you should be aware that if you take them immediately before intense physical exercise, you may experience heart palpitations, headaches, mild flushing and even chest pains. Just be mindful of when you take them, especially if you're prone to high blood pressure, anxiety, and insomnia. May reduce appetite slightly but not as severely as prescription drugs or other stimulants. All in all a beneficial supplement for focus, mood, energy, mental clarity and improving my motivation, ability to learn, motivation to be active and a significant improvement in my sexual health (libido)! A very worthy addition, well worth the money to try at least once! Highly recommended if you are struggling with fatigue, depression, lack of motivation, difficulty concentrating at work or class, etc!
