A nifty way to while away a few hours

First, they eliminate glare and allow touchscreens to work, and they don't blur the screen very much, although the latter statement can be a matter of opinion. Second, there was a dent on the films sent to me, as if a screwdriver had been placed in a cardboard package. No tricks will help get rid of this ringing and leave a persistent blister at this point. Another reviewer mentioned that he rang his car bell, so maybe it's a bad batch or bad treatment by many of them? These things attract dust like crazy, so unless you're working in a clean room, you're going to end up with dust on the sticky side. Yes, they tell you to clean the screen, which I did, but the dust gets pulled out of the air and sticks to the film itself. Generally, though, you should allow 2-3 hours to install and to remove any bubbles. . Have a stack of 3x3 stickers (or similar) ready. If you lower the film to the screen, you will see dust bubbles. You have a tiny spot in your bladder. Peel off the foil (a Post-It note stuck to the bottom corner of the foil will help remove the foil from the screen) and paste another sticky note under the foil and with the sticky side against the foil use it to pull the dust out of the film. Maybe some of the dust will stick to the screen instead (mine was about 90% dust on film, 10% dust on screen), so just stick the note with the sticky side against the screen. You can then pull out the dust along with the post-it, slide the slide back onto the canvas, and then repeat the process with the next speck of dust. Bubbles with no dust inside can be smoothed out with cardboard. scraper they give you. Bubbles with a speck of dust inside cannot be smoothed out. Wah-lah! The result is an anti-glare screen that's slightly slanted because perfect alignment isn't easy, but it covers all the pixels (I have extra space between the pixels and the border, so I went with the next larger size). so the alignment doesn't have to be perfect) and I only have a bubble due to a dent in the original material.

Pros
  • Easy to install. Follow the included instructions and you'll get the perfect effect without leaving any marks on your laptop's display when you remove it.
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something
