Review on All Sales 96502K Tailgate Liftgate by Brian Kumar

I don't really understand all the negative reviews. The tailgate emblem is clearly stated in the description. So if you're too carefree or just plain stupid to see this and buy it for your grille (which is a much bigger emblem than this) you should give yourself a bad review, not this product. I was a little hesitant at first to buy something like this for over $30, but when it came out I was incredibly impressed. The size is the same size as the standard emblem on my 2006 Envoy, but the metal is much stronger. The standard badge appears to be almost tin, while this one looks like they took a giant piece of steel and beautifully turned it into a beautiful GMC logo. I added an extra double sided foam tape for installation as it only comes with four or five on the back and I figured the extra weight would be better than sorry. After I removed the old emblem with a hair dryer and a slotted screwdriver, I cleaned the installation site with white spirit and let it dry. Then since it's December in Wisconsin I glued the emblem where I wanted it and heated everything with a hair dryer to get the glue really nice and tacky. I basically leaned on it with my weight for 15-20 seconds and voila! Purely sexy!
