In the past, our devices simply plugged into an outlet to charge them. Thanks to new technologies, we understand that the data line that runs through our devices can also be used for charging! One plug can now power multiple devices at the same time. GaN means 4 devices here. The nice thing is that this little charger is slim and can support USB-c. There is also a downside. This charger easily slips out of the socket. This may be because it is designed for a slot in the power strip. That's pretty cool too...the design takes up no more than one slot on my power strip, making my power delivery 4x more versatile! I think that soon there will only be electricity in our homes, no longer via a three-pin plug, but where everything is only possible via USB.
