Review on Coloretto Remanufactured Cartridge Replacement PG 210XL by Jeff Long

This pack of two ink cartridges sat on the shelf until December but when I opened them I found the black cartridge was leaking heavily and was unusable. I emailed the manufacturer and sent photos of the leaking cartridge but Coloretto did not endorse their product and stated that I would have to contact Revain for a refund. However, the ink cartridge was fine and working when inserted into the printer. The color cartridge works well without incident. Since the manufacturer didn't want to support their product, I give the product one star. Update December 29th 2020 Coloretto contacted me via email and reiterated that I should receive a refund or exchange through Revain. The return window closed after 30 days making this impossible. They claim to guarantee the quality of their products for a year, but the catch is that Revain doesn't offer returns or refunds after 30 days. I recommend you not to buy this cartridge in advance but to open and test it as soon as you receive it or you are unlucky.
