Great trays for the night!
Because I grind my teeth at night I have tried many different mouthguards over the years and this is by far the best. I bought this primarily for teeth whitening as I recently spent $100 on overnight protection from my dentist but wish I had found this first. I found the sculpting process easy if you follow the exact instructions that are included in the package. The splints not only fit well, but also offer enough material between my teeth so that I can't grind my teeth in my sleep. Most importantly, they are very comfortable to wear throughout the night.
