Just fitted braces today. Big task, but doable. I'll take care of the front spring brackets when the stabilizer bushings arrive. Buy extra lube. You will need it. Use longer bolts and washers to tighten the bushings into the polyethylene bushings. These old 4x4 trucks wobble a bit with age. Combined with a complete suspension and steering overhaul, these bushings will help. It'll never run like a vet, but the overall package will help your truck turn straighter and more stable. My 30 year old rubber yoke bushings were loose and egg shaped. They're meant to last that long, and I find that they help some with control.
