The elastic waist is the best in my rating
Size M (7/8) fits my 55lb 6 year old well. They're a little big, but the elastic around the waist keeps them in place. They do not pinch and are breathable material. They are a basic gray color and then a fun camouflage pattern that my son loves. I like double packs. Good shorts.
Pros
- My 5 year old loved these shorts, they fit great, are cool and comfortable for an active boy.
Cons
- Limited color options may not appeal to all children
