I ordered 2 cartridges and installed them on the day they arrived, the first was not recognized by my printer, the second installed but seemed empty during the day and when printing less than 20 pages. I've tried reinstalling both with the same result each time. 2 large cartridges lasted less than a week before I had to replace them. Even though my cartridges didn't work, the company decided to fix the situation. They offered a replacement or a full refund. Although sometimes things don't work out, I want to be associated with companies that stand behind what they sell.
