It would be great if there wasn't a problem; the external thread is not long enough. When I screw my shower head onto this swivel adapter, the shower head hits the tube nut before the threads are all the way down. To the seller's credit, he included 3 rubber washers, but even with these it's impossible to tighten the shower head enough to prevent it from leaking where the shower head screws into the swivel adapter. I use a pivoting nozzle. , but will eventually replace it with a version with longer streams. I would not purchase this product again unless I knew first hand that short threads would work for a particular application.
