Great idea, not as high quality as the GNC brand.

First, I should note that glutamine's capsule form makes it a very convenient way of ingesting it. However, it's not as strong as other brands I've used. Still a good product although I'm tempted to just buy GNC brand empty capsules and glutamine and fill them myself.
