I like that it's easy to use so non-technical people can set up workflows easily without having any coding knowledge at all! It has helped us in our organization by automating some processes which were manual before (like approvals).
The only thing i dislike about this product was when we had an issue with one user not being able to access their own data from another web browser or device - but they fixed it very quickly for me after contacting them directly through support@atlassian.com! We have been using jiras help desk feature as well where users could submit tickets online instead of emailing someone who might be away during office hours etc., This made things easier than just sending emails back n forth between two different team members regarding issues related to projects/tickets submitted via Help Desk system.
