I bought this device as an add-on, mainly for portability and not having to lug around my 14 inch laptop. The magnetic latch and detachable, padded keyboard make this a full laptop, and you don't have to detach it for it to work like a tablet Easy setup with Cortana and Office 10 preinstalled. It took about 20 minutes for my laptop to be fully connected synced to this device. in 1 (a bonus for my cell phone company needs.) Has an HDMI port, a USC 3.0 port, and a Type-C port, as well as a headphone jack. Nice to see a tablet with an HDMI port (again, I don't have to carry my 14-inch laptop around). I was also able to use the C connector to connect to my phone to charge and transfer files and pictures. The keyboard is well made and ergonomic; The keys protrude sufficiently, but are not too bulky. Keyboard shortcuts work just like they do on a standard laptop keyboard, and the mouse is smooth and precise. A NOTICE. The only downside to the keyboard is that it has no indicator or warning when the uppercase feature is enabled. This 2-in-1 is equipped with a stand that can be used as a laptop or non-tablet stand on a flat surface. In any case, both functions work well. I would have liked a thicker stand, but it would also weigh more, so you have to make some sacrifices in this area of the 2 in 1. The default screen resolution is 1920 x 1200; I'm not a techie, but I compared it to my laptop's current settings and they agree. The screen size is 10 inches and the tablet resolution is the default on the device and I can't change the settings like I can on this 2-in-1. The touchscreen is well calibrated and allows for accurate use as a tablet. This is good for presentations, no need to use a keyboard when presenting. The speaker could have sounded better, but this is where the HDMI cable port comes in handy. Battery life averages 7 to 8 hours of continuous use with power saving mode enabled and as recommended. The charger I found looks like a smaller device like a phone, not the bricks of a regular laptop. For me this is a plus because it saves space. A NOTICE. Charging plug and connector look the same = you charge the 2-in-1 device from the RIGHT side, NOT the left side. It will fit and you think you're charging it, but you're not; I noticed it after 3 hours of use. In addition to the touch screen, I wanted to note one more feature - the ability to expand memory. 2 in 1 is expandable up to 256 MB. I can easily switch the card from my phone to my 1-in-2. I also use them as external storage when I need them. Conclusion: I am satisfied with my purchase. This 2-in-1 device has all the features I need to work and play. Easy installation process, light weight, long battery life, good resolution, Windows 10 preinstalled, smooth mouse, precise touchscreen, speech-to-text along with Cortana commands are clear and work correctly, picking up available Wi-Fi or my hotspot. quickly.
