Corkscrew not working
We've had electric corkscrews for a long time, so it's not that we don't know how to use them. I opened this item, charged it for 24 hours and started opening our first bottle of wine. I push the button down and the screw doesn't even go 1/3 into the connector. He just stopped. I pressed the opener but it still wouldn't open. It's not just the first bottle, it's been on the last 4 bottles. This item is rubbish and for the money I spent it should work a lot better.
