This is the only lip liner that matches my lip colour, which is important to make my lips look fuller and more defined. The price was great as this pencil is over $10 even at Target. It goes on smoothly and stays on for hours. My advice on getting the most out of a liner is this. Apply your base makeup to your face and when you're done, apply a lip liner. After applying the rest of the makeup, only paint the lips with color. Don't cross the line. If you don't use a base, apply a liner and leave it on for 5 minutes. I find if you do both of those things, let it dry and don't put lipstick on, the eyeliner stays on for a long time.
