Keeps you warm, but can be worn one size larger
The shirts are very comfortable, but they rub a bit after washing. I have a big one, and even if you have a small tummy, they will brace. I'm by no means a heavy set. Tucking them in keeps the shirt in place, but otherwise makes you uncomfortable. So I recommend maybe going a size up. The arm length is good too.
