This is the worst hair extensions I have ever had and I am in shock. I was excited to finally get my hair back for Christmas. I received these hair extensions on Cyber Monday, even though I only posted them a week and a half later. The hair extensions were neatly packaged and I was delighted. A year ago I underwent chemotherapy which caused my hair to fall out. Since then, hair extensions have become my life! Although they were quite expensive, I bought three packs at once. When they were put on, they were clamped to avoid slipping. I've done tape extensions a few times in my life, so my hair routine is to wash my hair weekly, use dry shampoo as needed, and only comb with a special detangling extension brush (when dry). When washing, I don't apply conditioner to the roots or bands, only from the center of the wand down. I also use a blow dryer to get the roots and streaks right after the shower. I've only washed this extension 3 times and lost a piece each time. A few extensions on my photo ONLY FROM TODAY. As you can see they are terribly tangled - I guess not all hair goes the same way. I brush my hair 3-4 times a day and keep it protected overnight, satin pillows and all. I can't touch my hair, brush it, dry it, or use any tools until a few spots come out. The few that I have left have slipped. Last time I bought extensions from another company they lasted until I removed them. Company - please help. I cannot recommend them to anyone! If you would like to replace it and let me see if it is just a bad batch I would be grateful. And so I'm totally embarrassed and looking like a lousy Yeti at Christmas. :(Thanks for reading Kate
