I ordered this for my wide porch entrance to keep my two dogs from leaving the porch. It is free standing, and while they would be able to knock it down if they were determined to get out, the fence creates a barrier they know not to go past and serves my purposes very well. This product is very stable, sturdy and is ready to use right out of the box. It does not look like a utilitarian gate; it is very attractive! I am well pleased with my purchase.

After trying out 2 other pet gates, this was by far the winner! We mainly use it at the bottom of our stairs but are able to move it around to different locations in the house as needed. It's extremely sturdy and my dog has not yet gotten through it or knocked it down. It came in great packaging and zero assembly required. I would definitely recommend this. We also have the larger version of this and the two combined provides use with the versatility needed for our pup and home.

Received this gate yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased as of now. It came already assembled and just had to slip the feet on. We needed a way to keep our new golden retriever puppy in our line of sight from the family room and kitchen. I’ve been buying various dog gates for a long time and these are great. I bought two of them. Heavy, strong, attractive. One big positive is that my dog who likes to escape can’t climb over it! One negative thing to note is that the black wires set inside a little track which is great until your ornery male dog hikes a leg and pees on the gate. Just something to keep in mind.

This is a really flimsy product, not sturdy at all. The gate is poorly made. Many of the hinges are missing pins. May require a user to purchase additional hardware to install in some areas!

I got the 4 panel gate in white. I like it so much more than compression gates and gates that you have to use tools to install. The hinged panels are easy to swing out when you want to enter or exit. And the white color matches our molding and trim. I highly recommend this product!

This gate is very pretty, but does not come with stabilizing legs. Therefore, it doesn't even stand up. It works well with the legs, but I had to purchase hardware to attach it to the sides of the doorway. I have large dogs and they can just roll right through it.
