Shampoo is perhaps the thickest I have seen which is why I am partially deducting a star. It's too thick for a pump bottle! A traditional squeeze bottle would be a big improvement. My only other complaint is that they are only sold as a set. That makes it impossible to get one or the other if you use them to varying degrees. With my long hair I use a lot more conditioner than shampoo haha. Otherwise, the shampoo and conditioner are great! The tea tree scent is not overpowering, hair is clean and retains a curly/wavy texture! Definitely a fantastic product
