Bought for my cat to play outside while we travel in an RV. The zipper opening in the tent was about 2-3 inches larger than the tube part. The zipper didn't close all the way. The zipper appears to be nylon and doesn't last long as it doesn't close properly. I thought it was just defective work so I ordered a replacement. The same thing. This is not a defect, but a design flaw. Both would be fine on their own, but they don't connect properly. I paid too much to rely on drawstrings to keep the zipper closed. Poor design of the pipe connection plan. Update after calling NPA. They said they checked those in there and they were fine. I then sent a video showing my problem and told them I would be returning this one and getting another one. They advised me to just return them and Revane would take care of the return postage. I was not offered to buy a good one. Enough said about their customer satisfaction room.
