Review on Stay Hydrated on Your Bike with the CamelBak Podium Chill Insulated Water Bottle by Brian Carrizales

Sale. Sale. SALE. Best accessory for sports and outdoor activities

let me be clear you are not paying for a bottle of water. You are paying for exemplary lid/spout design/engineering. Other than that, this bottle is AMAZING. I'm a cyclist and to be honest I only took it because I was increasing the length of my rides and wearing just one limited my ability to keep going without frequent rehydration stops. This bottle offers fuel economy on the go, much better. Easy 3 times. I didn't realize the bait solution in my other bottle was so uninnovative until I tried this one. Normally when you drink from a bottle you expect the walls of the bottle to give out and you can drink until your cheeks start to hurt and you have to "restart" the bottle before you can draw again. On the other hand, the camel tank actually allows VENTS at the same time that you can draw a steady jet of fuel without air bubbles, and the cylinder walls do not cavitate at all. If you're in a hurry to really digest some of the nutrients, you can still squeeze the sides for faster delivery. It does this all the time and never leaks. Even when the ejection latch is switched to the "open" position, it doesn't drop a single drop (even when held upside down), which amazes me. The insulating aspect of the bottle doesn't seem any better or worse than any other bottle I already have. After a 3 hour ride through the Arizona morning heat, the Gatorade drink mix was still chilled enough to make the miles ahead more manageable. There is no buyer's regret here. I wish I needed more than the two I bought.
