The versatility is amazing - the more you use, the more you discover

I finally decided to write a review for Thera Cane. I have owned this amazing tool for almost two years now and I have been amazed at how versatile this wand can be if you are determined to make the most of it. I don't have a lot of severe pain from frozen shoulder or sciatica unlike many people who first found this product in search of a cure, but I've been using it every day to improve my flexibility and range of motion since I have knots throughout the body. that hinder progress. I first heard about the product from the book "Trigger Point Therapy", which by the way is also a great book and is already my Bible. lower back, hamstrings and calves etc and these are the most typical and effective ways to use it in my opinion but as you continue to use it you will discover much more creative ways to use it yourself. When working at a desk, I sometimes sit on a cane in such a way that it puts good pressure on the adductors, calf muscles, or quadriceps attachments. You can also massage the chest muscles, shoulders, back of armpits, etc. just by leaning on them in a certain way. And this morning I discovered yet another great way to simultaneously massage/stretch the subscapularis, teres major and pectoralis major muscles without any effort. This really is an amazing tool. Nevertheless, I go to a masseur from time to time when tension has built up in my muscles and I cannot adequately release the tension on my own. I admit professional hands work wonders on stains I can't fix myself. However, for the daily maintenance of the general condition of the muscles, this tool is really good and I always carry it with me.
