I am an old man and this light is really good and easy to use because the pre-programmed function is the best option! "Sunset" is a beautiful pink color that fades into "moonlight". 100% daylight really brings out the beauty of my planted tank and my large goldfish. The end of the day is also very interesting - the moonlight fading into night very gradually, with a gradual light awakening in the morning. I think my fish love it too. I like simple, classic pre-programmed colors.
