Not compatible with 50 inch Samsung TU8000

This product was recommended for my Samsung TU8000 50 inch. However, they don't seem to be compatible. Tech support told me how to better understand which screws to use. The anchor is for concrete walls, not drywall, which means I need anchors. There are much better products that are significantly cheaper and easier to install.
