This is a great product

Works great and fairly easy to set up. And I'm in no way a handy person! Reason for four stars. Samsung, please update instructions to include TVs released in 2020 and later.

Good luck solving!

Useless directions! I never got around to installing it because they are impossible to figure out! It was more of a complicated puzzle than a TV mount installation guide! :(

Not what I needed TV ceiling and wall mounts

Not what I needed. No instructions. It's too hard to see the pictures. Don't even think this is the item I need for my TV. Samsung needs to be more specific about what it takes to mount TVs on the wall.

Excellent Bought

I really like this item. It's easy and does the job perfectly. Depending on the wall type, there are several mounting options. I bought this for my Samsung RU7100 43" and will buy another one for my 55" TV in the living room (same model)

Worst Bitch

This wall mount costs $75 and isn't worth the box it came in. The instructions were like putting together a 5,000 piece jigsaw puzzle. The drywall screws didn't hold up and ripped the TV out of the wall. I had to screw 2" into the wall to get the bracket to hold the TV to the wall.

Not compatible with 50 inch Samsung TU8000

This product was recommended for my Samsung TU8000 50 inch. However, they don't seem to be compatible. Tech support told me how to better understand which screws to use. The anchor is for concrete walls, not drywall, which means I need anchors. There are much better products that are significantly cheaper and easier to install.

This does not work with the TV we bought with

I ordered this because Revain recommended it to mount the TV I bought from Revain. However, the installers said it couldn't be used to mount the TV, so we had to go out and buy another mount from Lowe. I'm sure it's a good mount, but make sure you actually confirm it can be used to mount the TV you have in mind in the location and wall you want want to use.
