I ordered a pair of slippers for my 4 year old granddaughter. She received them and they were dirty. So I ordered a second pair. The second pair was also dirty. I was incredibly disappointed because I sent them to her directly. Imagine their disappointment. I shared photos of both pairs to show they were worn and dirty when sent to her.
