I've been using this device for a week. Ultimately I love it. What confuses me is that I don't know how much water to add or how much is in the tank. It would be nice to have a cut throughout showing the height of the water and full line. I have to move it before I go to bed (it's on my desktop) and I inevitably touch the controls every time since they're at the bottom where your hands go when you pick them up. Also, the instructions say not to put water in the middle, I follow the instructions exactly, that's no problem. But when I lift the lid in the morning, quite a lot of condensation collects there. I took paper towels to wipe it out for fear it would fall into the hole. The instructions make no mention of condensation or its effects. None of these reviews will stop me from recommending this to others. It releases a cool mist like an old friend and helps me sleep better on dry desert nights. Up two thumbs up.
