I have other products related to PSO, so I am familiar with this brand. The PSO-Back is an excellent tool for effective stretching while promoting a very deep tissue massage. The only downside I would wish for the product offered would be a scaled down version of this item. I find that for those who are taller, with more "back/longer spine" the stretching is more effective, but for those who are smaller and especially if you are not flexible and/or have a very tight back, you need to position yourself. on the PSO-Back at different points to determine the length of the spine. In addition, PSO-Back has proven itself in practice.
