Review on Amazon Basics Fuzzy Sherpa Blanket by Laura Ramos

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This blanket is great. If you care

This duvet is soft and luxurious and I love curling up in it on my king bed. It's not without its flaws, however. Sherpa material has to be specially treated so that it doesn't become a scratchy lint magnet. Make sure you machine wash it at the lowest temperature and then tumble dry or air dry, otherwise the sherpa material will be damaged. I believe the high temperatures in the dryer will ruin the faux fur side as well. Now for the blanket, it's very soft and comfortable. I have never had a problem with hair loss although some do. It may need improvement in quality control, I don't know. The only thing that bothers me a bit about the duvet is the way the two materials are sewn together. They were only sewn around the edges and nowhere in the middle of the blanket, causing it to move when used. It doesn't matter, but I can see that some people don't like it. Overall the blanket is great but I don't know if it's worth $50 USD. If like me you can get it at a discount (I paid $25 for the large size), don't miss it! But for the normal price you can look elsewhere.
